Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 October 2026
This policy explains how Maneesh Rajbhar, trading as AutoGenix (India) handles personal information as the operator of this website and our business. Contact maneesh@autogenix-ai.com with privacy questions.
1. Information on this website
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies or website forms. We do not automatically collect information for marketing or profiling. The website does not set first-party cookies.
If you email us, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message content and any attachments. If you book a meeting through Calendly, we receive the information you provide to arrange that meeting. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
The hosting provider necessarily handles technical connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the website. This is not used by AutoGenix for visitor analytics. The embedded YouTube demo connects to YouTube when the home page loads. Other linked third-party services receive information when you follow their links; their own policies also apply.
2. Purpose and lawful basis
We use contact and booking information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, prepare proposals, onboard clients, provide support, administer invoices and fulfil our legal obligations.
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running a secure business, contract where processing is needed to enter or perform an agreement, and legal obligation for records we are required to keep. Where consent is required, we will obtain it and you may withdraw it. We do not sell personal information.
3. Calendly and video services
Calendly is linked, not embedded. Following a booking link takes you to Calendly, where its privacy and cookie policies apply. Information you choose to submit may be shared with us to manage your appointment.
The demo video player loads automatically on the home page using the youtube-nocookie.com domain, without requiring you to click play. Privacy-enhanced mode does not make YouTube anonymous: when loaded or played, YouTube may receive your IP address and device information and may use storage or cookies under its own policies.
4. Client lead information
When delivering Instant Reply, we process lead data on behalf of the client, who is the data controller. This can include names, phone numbers, email addresses, enquiry details and message content. We use it only to operate the instructed service, not for our own marketing. See the Data Processing summary for further information.
For requests about an enquiry you submitted to an estate agent, contact that agent first. We will assist the client with applicable requests and forward any request we receive to them where appropriate.
5. Retention
Business enquiries and meeting records are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a business relationship continues or a longer period is necessary for a dispute or legal duty. Client correspondence is kept while needed to provide the service and resolve outstanding matters.
Invoice and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Client lead data under our control is deleted within 30 days after termination, subject to lawful retention requirements and the separately agreed processing terms. We minimise stored data and review whether it is still needed.
6. Sharing and international transfers
Information may be shared with hosting, email, scheduling and payment service providers as necessary to deliver their services, and with professional advisers or public authorities when required by law. Service processing uses the sub-processors listed on our Data Processing page.
AutoGenix operates in India. Providers may process information in India, the UK, the US or other countries where they operate. UK transfers to destinations without an applicable adequacy decision require appropriate safeguards, such as a UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with a transfer risk assessment where required. Necessary safeguards must be agreed before live client data is transferred; we do not claim that India has a UK adequacy decision. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your engagement.
7. Security
We use access controls, limited account access, encrypted connections where supported and appropriate confidentiality duties to protect personal information. We share only the information needed for each task. No system or transmission can be completely secure.
8. Your UK GDPR rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email maneesh@autogenix-ai.com; we may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month.
You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first, but you do not have to contact us before complaining.
9. Children and policy changes
The website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly seek information from children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can address it.
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
